The I&M Rail Link (AAR reporting marks IMRL) was a railroad operating
in the north central portion of the United States. The company commenced
operations on April 5, 1997, acquiring lines from the Canadian Pacific
Railway and from Soo Line.[1]
On July 31, 2002, the IMRL's operations were taken over by the Iowa,
Chicago and Eastern Railroad.
